- Client Data: Your name, email, phone number, business address, and Employer Identification Number (EIN). This is strictly required for legal telecom registration (A2P 10DLC).
- Lead Data: Information provided by your CRM or lead sources, including lead names, phone numbers, and property criteria.
- Call Data: Audio recordings and text transcripts of conversations between our AI and your leads.

How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to operate, maintain, and provide the features of our service.
- Your EIN and Business Address are securely transmitted to telecom carriers for the sole purpose of legally registering your phone numbers to prevent them from being marked as spam.
- Lead data is processed through our proprietary AI engine to conduct conversational follow-up and book appointments on your behalf.
Section 03
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your leads' information. We only share information with secure, enterprise-grade infrastructure providers necessary to run the service:
- Twilio: For phone number provisioning, secure routing, and telecom compliance.
- Cloud & AI Infrastructure Partners: For processing the conversational AI logic and securely routing data to your CRM and dashboards. Our infrastructure partners are bound by strict enterprise data privacy agreements and are strictly prohibited from using your data or your leads' data to train public AI models.
Section 04
Call Recordings
By using our service, you acknowledge that calls made by CloseEngine AI on your behalf are recorded and transcribed for quality and reporting purposes. You agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring these recordings comply with the laws of the states in which your leads reside, including Two-Party Consent laws.
Section 05
Your Data Rights
You retain ownership of all your lead data. You may request the deletion of your account and associated lead data at any time by contacting us directly.
